I have problems with the level 63 Quest.

I talked with the NPC who gives the quest. but still i cant find it!

What should i do . its really good quest. i can level up faster ^^. Thanks.

well, you probably haven't finished a quest u need to do before you can do that 1.

i dont think thats the problem.

i read in the offical site and they says i can get it only ingame day time.
