Hybrid spear, come in and share

Im lvl 43 using spear+3. I've put 12 lvls into STR = 36points.
So atm now my ratio 1:3 (lost track)
my balance 65%phy 90%mag. almost all my items are INT.

I find my dmg (nuke, soul, ghost spear) are quite low. Now I wanna go INT all the way from now on. Or what ratio is best, for hybrid spear?

share your build thnx.

Hi. I am lvl 42 using a sos +4 spear. I 1 nuke mobs my level easy. and mobs lvl 50 I can 1 nuke 1 lion shout. I put 15 str and the rest in int. But I am farmed and have all my masterys at lvl 42. Dont find my nukes are lacking. I nuke a lvl 50 player with full sos set for 2k dmg.

yea ur phy attk low cause ur balance most at mag attk......if u want balance it make it 50%-50%.......i have my frends with that build........he always use this skill during pvp.

Soul Spear Soul+ghost spear+nuke/meteor.........the DAMAGE just wow

i dont think 90% mag balance is low, did u compare your damage with a pure str? i beleive that the damage is always 1.5x higher

Thwhy I think I should go 1:3 or 1:4 to raise my dmg higher and hit 2k-3k higher than Pure Strs and lose max of 1k hp. Thing is what is teh max possible HP/MP to get with full alchemy and etc with 1:2, 1:3, and 1:4?

my nuke do 1.8k dmg max, and i die most of the time.
I dont know what to do now

if i raise INT, i probably die more. and if i raise STR i lost my dmg.
LOLx, so confused. And i dont wanna start again :banghead:

Thanks guys, maybe an sos+++ spear would cheer me up[atm cant afford]. Coz at the same lvl mob, i need to kill it with 2 nukes OR 1 nuke + soul/ghost-spear. I get ksed alot. eg. I did 1/2hp of a giant...then a nuker comes in and start nuking the gaint. He'll get the drop

i think the damage is about right...since iam 40 using spear 38+3 doing 1.6k-1.7k damage to blackrobber with shout...1 shot for black archer...it is normal hit for nuker,1-2 damage...consider urself my fire and light nuke is on level 3 only:p maybe book 2 u started to see a different in nuke?

Just to ask and to make sure...are you using your imbue with your nuke at the same time? I remember when my friend was a real noob and he didn't know you could combine the two together to get more damage output. Even at 90% mag balance, you should be 1 hitting mobs at your lvl and maybe needing a lion shout here and there.

yea, i always use imbue with nukes.
I changed from lightning imbue to fire imbue as i need dmg.
My fire/light nuke lvl 4, and only doing 1.8k dmg .Sometimes do 1.9k dmg as i upgraded my accessory, 92% mag balance]

Still not happy with my dmg. What ratio do you guys use for your char [hybrid spear]? Or how many STR points, and the rest is INT?

Im planning to put INT all the way now, as i already put 36 points into STR. Good idea?

I understand most of you will say, "Build what's suit u best". But share ur build and reason... Thanks.

im 67-96 hybrid spear, level 70.99 on 63 masteries and im hitting nachals for 7k

i'll rock when im farmed, besides at your level the hybrid x factor and true potential doesnt really show yet so be patient. decide on what magical balance you want to have it when you reach the levelcap, and just STICK with it. and on a sidenote, true power comes from your equipment and not necessarely your build ;D

my goal on mag balance throughout the game is 80% so its not really 3:1 but more like 3½:1

Are you also wearing protector? If you are, that's teh exact build I am going to create in Pacific. Do you have any advices?

Note: I am farming 150-220k SP at lv16

hi, im a hybrid spear before but now i have change to sword skill. tho i farm using spear, higher mag dmg with possibility 1 skill KO mobs.
