Preliminary statistics of the poll indicate that less than 30% of the female characters are played by real life females while over 70% of the female characters are actually played by real life males .
On the male character side: approximately 95% of the male characters are actually played by real life males and only 5% are actually real life females.
If you are male playing a male and flirting online your odds are not good that you are talking to the opposite sex , contrarily if you are a female playing a female and flirting with a male character your odds are very good .

I can see how fruity it may seem for males to play female characters but actually I think that it's more fruity for me to play a male character lol. Now where do I buy boobie elixers cuz some male characters got bigger chests than my character does!

Main reason: when I grind for hours upon hours, what would I rather stare at? A female ass or a male ass?
The real reason: I've been playing sro since alpha. A trend I've noticed, female gear is always cheaper. Mainly because the male population on SRO is bigger. The prices are starting to approach each other these days though because of the item malls gender change scrolls.
