Finally - 70, time to drop my mastery level and prepare for 80 with some farming.

but with 80 cap, and no new skills, surely you can just use the sp gained from each level to boost the mastery level?

I'd still like at least 20k for the 70 skills, not to mention its going to cost 20k per skill tree to get each tree to 80 from 70.

Very nice.

How the hell can you survive nachals with that mag defense though?

I'm at 67 in garms and I've got 1k more hp than you plus 1200+ mag defense and it's still pretty dicey a lot of the time.

Very nice, you made this char really fast. Now I would work on that attack rating, helps a lot especially for spear nukers

my gear blows for everything other than str and int. Most of the gear is only +2, and obviously none is sos. I made this character strictly for PvE. I got waxed pretty easily last night in PvP when I tested it. I'm hesitant to do much more with the cap raise coming, why spend the money when I can kill any mobs easily.

As for time, she was level 20 on 8/15 with about 2k SP (I always make a side project character in case I get bored). Thats when I bought my first gold ticket. I had a GT and squirrel the entire time and used every minute, with a 4 day break at Thanksgiving.

I used SOS spears until level 60, when I couldn't afford better. I pre bought all my gear before I started grinding so I didn't need to look in any stalls (you'd be surprised how much time you waste doing that).

I haven't done much jobbing or PvP, or even screwing around ingame. I was pretty dedicated to farming and leveling. It helped that I was in a contest with other guildmates to see who could get the most GP, and when I was farming we were trying to get enough points for guild level 5. When others took breaks or gave up I kept going.
