Interesting observation
So Ive been killing mujigis for ages now and there are always a few botters there. What I've noticed is the following:
I am about to kill a mujigi and he has very little life left, then a botter nukes it for like 5k damage...and the botter gets the drops...wtf?
Does the game think his damage equals the amount of HP he inflicted? Considering that the monster had about 100 HP left. I mean, i should get the drops because Ive done more HP damage right?
I am not 100% accurate yet, but ive noticed it a few times.
Anyone?

A reason why SRO never improved, it came from our beloved SRO seniors.
Had given my account to my Guildmate, raising a new char.

Nuklear is right.
If you go up to a monster that has 5,000 HP... and you do two hits that total 4,999 HP (so the monster still has 1hp left) and a nuker comes along and hits it for 7k damage, the nuker will get the drops. Even though he only took 1hp from the monster, he did more actual damage.

You know.. this happens to me also... a LOT at penons.. I'd get ks'd from a botter when a penon had 1 hit left to go.. cuz the botter would do 6000 on the penon... makes no sense, stupid joymax

I am pure int and recently acquired a very powerful spear. I'm out fighing penons, an area infested with bots. i now do more damage than those bastard bots and can KS them, as long as I get my nuke off before they do.
There are two very important things happening here.
Say a penon has 6200 HP. If I do a nuke for 6100 damage, and someone does a nuke for 6000 damage, I get the drops, and share xp with them. However, if someone does a hit that does 6100 damage, and I do a nuke for 7000 damage, (which I can do now
) then I get not only all the drops, but ALL the xp I would get if no one hit it at all. They may get some exp, but I get the full amount I am entitled to, as if no one else ever hit it.
Anyone else want to test this out? I'm at work now so my memory may be failing me. . .
