Well...

It all depends, some people (most people) will try to rip you off,
(e.g. i have seen monster scrolls (item you find for free) selling as high
as 400k...during the event :shock: )

If i was you ask around, people you know and guild mates and then
look at different stalls.

Yah I don't know about Rome but on Greece I haven't seen any below 5 mil with some as high as 15 mil.
