trying to start SRO but this all what i get!!!

guys is silk working fine atm or is it down? cause Im trying to start silk and all i get is this:

and if u ask me to reinstell the game, i did it 3 times.
and Im already connected to the net.
anyone can help me please!?!?!?

i have same problem too i played this game alot and now this Farking problem ruins all,please can you tell me how to fix it i reainstal and and even download client again but nothing plz help

Then i used to wait for 20 or 30 mins, then try to connect.. and it works fine.....
