It's pics of brittney getting out of a car, and you can see her... personal parts. The thumbnails are censored, but the picture linked by the thumbnail isn't. IIRC, some of em you can see some uh.. nasty stuff oozing out.. (No, not normal stuff). And you can see the hideous scar from her having a baby. They were discussing this stuff of 4chan lol.
