hi guys.. i am gonna build a nuker when the new server comes out.. and i intend to go spear/fire/light.. but i thought leveling 3 masteries at 1 time is tedious.. so i intend to go pure spear/light first.. and add in fire later on.. but in this way.. i would be learning the light imbue.. and after looking through the forums.. i think fire is a better imbue?? so can anyone tell me what should i do.. im in a dilemma now..
thxs in advance~
which imbue??

well this is pretty ironic, cuz my character now is pure spear/lightning and its working great for me. but thoough mine is not a nuker. i only use the lightning nuke and am waiting a few more levels or so to lvl up my fire more (lvl 34 atm).
plus, with lightning you have the splash effect which will attract more monsters resulting in quicker exp and quests etc ...
- that is one reason i chose lightning
though fire IS the strongest out of all the imbues, lighting works just as fine to me. but really its your choice
fire = more damage etc...
lightning = splash effect etc ...
- also all of the grass walk-flow moves and what not, so you dont have to worry about leveling up lightning if you go pure fire to get the moving speed buff
hope this helps, good luck

not that I'm saying lightnings no good, but the fire imbue is the highest damage, and has that burn effect... (yes i know all about lightnings parry ratio, let me finish), that fire nuke (2nd one) is also the strongest nuke, because it can be the highest lvl once you acheive lvl70, so for a nuker your main skill tree should really be fire followed by lightning for the buffs, because they are also very necissary
weapon skill trees are less important to a nuker, of course you will want the passive heuskal for the hp, and the passive sword to block but in terms of damage you need fire/lightning.

umm.. i was asking if i could learn light imbue instead of fire imbue.. not asking whether i can dun learn fire.. mayb i did not post my question properly..
Fire. Its the best overall pvp imbue when we consider immunity.
Frostbite is a lousy excuse to choose ice for training. Thats just for cheapass poor people thats weak.
Fire makes you kill faster.
What would you prefer?
Cold for training = pot saving
Fire for training = fast xp
Oh and regarding lightning i think its actually intresting. Might not be good for a nuker when training due to the low hp (splash - attracts multiple mobs)
But for a glavier/archer maybe, that has AOE and are pure str = can tank a lot, it could definitely increase the training speed.

fire deal more damage and burns.
and Lighting does spread and when shocked, it lowers person' parry ration
IMO i think Lighting does the same damage as fire when it lowers parry.
and if u gonna nuke alot, and higher lvl nuke are AOE...splash might do u some good.
I would go for light.
and as a int nuker u probly gonna lvl 4-5 trees so farm lots. Just light/fire alone wont do u good. maybe @ low lvl but once u high ur gonna feel weak when ppl wit more trees pwn u.
