Unable to Summon Grey Wolf

Ok, so I've just bought a grey wolf of someone.

It's lvl 16 and I'm lvl 26.

Yet everytime I try to summon it, it says "Under free battle situation, growth pets cannot be summoned".

So i tried during battle, and ofc nothing again, something abouts summoning after 10seconds after battle.

So when and how can I actually summon the wolf?

I tried in the town aswell, not working.

And yes....my wolf is alive if you are wondering

Edit: OMG I figured it out.

I was wearing my cape....<_<

do you have a cape on? you cant summon a wolf during cape fights.

Nope, it displays that ''under free battle w/e w/e'' message and then your wolf is automatically unsummoned
