jewel box drops

How do people get 5+/hr?
I farmed for 2 hrs tonight, got 3 boxes.

Does mob difficulty affect drop rate? Should I be killing lvl 1, 5, 10 mobs? Are green mobs the best?

I am in a panic because I want a gold dragon flag and can't afford 7 mil or more on Athens. Please help!

The easier the level of the monster you fight the lower the chances that it will drop anything. The higher the challenge to kill it increases your odds. Also I was experimenting with different ways to get more items from the event and made a noob pure fire str blade. It was amazing for SP farming and i got 18 jewelry boxes in the first hour by killing manygangs and small ghosts. When i hit 5000 gold i teleported to Donwhang and talk to So-Ok, she only gave me five items for 18 boxes. (3 special return scrolls, 500 mp+, and Monster Summon) I was ready to walk into a mall with an AK-47 and a glock.

This is wrong.
I believe green mobs have a the best drop rate. After that is white. then orange. Then red. Blue have very little drops.

Tonight I fought Chijaki, Ghost Bugs, Devil Bugs, Hygango Ghosts, and Devil Horses.

Although the Devil Horses were the highest level (and orange to me) they provided the best drop rate of Jewel Boxes... just FYI for anyone else.

Not that it matters anymore

I asked this once and rabbit gave me a nice answer

Basically, you want things that you can kill fast AND have a decent drop rate.

So you want green mobs.

Events almost over

And i can't play on weekdays :banghead:

Fast-rate-shit doesn't do it for me, I'm lv15 and got my best share of box-drops from bandits (lv15-16, can't remember). They are grey-orange to me.

I get over 80 boxes everytime i farm till my bow starts to break. I've already gotten over 300 boxes, sorry i didnt keep track how much i really got. I took some screen shot when i got about 140 boxes on a good day. I also have a another screen shot of having 100 boxes that i thought was my high. I got 6 gold flags, 15 devil suits, 9 red flags, and 6 ID cards. Im loving this event =). I farm at the bandit den. I'll post up the screen shots later.
