Something new while logging in

I was logging in. I got all the time 'cannot connect due to the server traffic' and 'disconneceted from the server,' after typing my pass.

But I just got something else...

I never had this before, so I dunno if this is special, lol.

ive had that a few times before. Ive also get it just after i close silkroad for some reason.

I gues it means something like it is totally impossible to log in on any server. xD
