recantly i have noticed that right after i lvl and put my stat points 1%of my balance both phy and magic drops is that normal cuz it used to stay the same as before the lvl up kinda odd..
each time you lvl up you get +1 str, +1int
so each time you do lvl up your balance changes
depending on your build and wat you add your 3 points will determines what balance % will change
