ok i have the C++ library error popping up after i press start on SRO like many other users.

so then when i try to install any NVidia or ATI, it says that i dont have any hardware/software compatible with it.

I use a DELL window XP Intel R 4............ can someone help plz? wht can i do to play the game?!
