Never get it right...do you?! JoyMax iSRO f'ups

Though every events means something fun is coming for every player. I feel that lately (since this summer) JoyMax is screwing up more and more every day.

Look at this event for example. This is the FIRSt event since Easter (April) and you'd think with something like this they would at least make it better for us.

Event f'ups

1. No clear info in advance (only time was given)
2. Info posted after event started
3. Event not long enough (events in ksro csro and vnsro are 1 month long) - ok ok so what this I think can be excused.
4. Two "emergency" inspections since the event started
5. Flags looks f'ed up because they have yet to solve graphic problems
6. LvL 70s spawning penons - how lame is this!?

since the lvl 70s have been at cap for a whiel this wasd the only thing that's happening to keep them interested, yet the only good thing (monster scrolls) ended up sucking badly. May as well rename this event as "Screw you iSRO you're the blacksheep of SRO and also Screw the lvl 70s x2 event!"

We ask for an event - it has taken you almost 7-8 months to get one rolling - all we ask for is that it is not f'ed up. Thanks again - for nothing. If you :love:

us please fix the dam monster scrolls so at least we can have some fun too.

I feel for you, im only 67 and already a bit bored.

I got really excited about my first event and i couldnt wait to spawn some takla makan monster. I used my first monster scroll as soon as i got it, seeing penons was a huge anit-climax

In light of optimism, would you rather have no event at all?

Even though Joymax has it's f-ups, we still play it regardless of anything.

I don't see the lvl cap raise comin anytime soon either, they just opened a few new servers.

I hate how they had fixed the buffs. It was convientbeing able to recast buffs before they were done all at once rather than have to click to cancel.

Perhaps theyshould have placed where So-Ok was at in the [annoying] opening window. So many people were asking last night. As for login and lag, typical (I'm home now, so now SRO for a bit)

Spwaning Penons sucks. JoyMax's staff is making SRO suck in general. And thats for no reason. Only lazy, greedy people who can't do shit.

I have the same complaints, but you can't do anything to change how they are running iSRO. The best thing to do now, is to try or be a GM yourself and get paid properly in Korea, then you may have chance to change something lol.

There really isn't any point in this, this is how JM is running it. I feel you man, but it's not worth making a thread about. I think you should bomb their office instead, like what this person did to Paypal offices ^^

Blah blah blah. You guys complain about not having a event when ksro got one. THen we get one and you complain about it. As for the 70's spawning penons. yeah its a bit gay, although if you get 8 of your guild freinds and get on TS or Vent, then spawn all monster scrolls its fun. Every game has its boring times if you come to one think up something fun to do. Lag is sometimes bad but it could also be your connections, I rarely lag. The event is fine, AT LEAST WE GET ONE.

its not like omg joymax pulled a miracle for an event, games like these are SUPPOSED to have something like this, if not more often; therefore its only fitting we demand something half decent...yea i feel for you lvl 60s and up, but at least a partial population can do the scrolls

btw does the dragon flag look like, if not a copy of the red trader flag?? i swear, i could be the same thing

a dragon flag looks the same for both female and male

It has the male red flag model but the red patterns are changed to gold. thats all there is to it.

@HuyFong true, but i think its still fun coming to jangan south a pwning some lowbies with spawns eh?

Hey at least we got an event. Its true that our events arent as cool as KSRO, and ISRO has some problems, but i dont think that it is anything to whine about. Would you rather have no events at all or whine about some graphics problems and Penons >.> Jeez give them a break. At least we have funking bunnies now. So give it a rest..

weeeeell there's always the option of throwing your own event, like say...telling people to bring u certain type of things, and the first person to bring u the items gets a prize. Or theres many other ideas, i could think of. :wink:

Scavenger hunt with the prize being an SOSun weapon.

It could work though, charge people a small fee to enter, make them collect alchemy drops, have prizes like SOS weapons & other good gear. If you get enough people joining in it wouldn't cost the organiser/s much either. Maybe have divisions for different level ranges too to make it more fair. There's an idea if someone wants to give it go.

I wouldn't mind running it myself but I don't have enough money to get it started.

spawning penons IS lame, but they drop a LOT of gold, they don't hurt you at all, and you can get some cool stuff from them as drops. someone on Xian got 8th degree SoS from one, and i got a jewel box from one of mine that i turned in for a red flag, so it netted me 800k. true i'd rather fight stronger mobs, but i'm enjoying the event this far :)

A lot of gold? I can get a SOS drop and MORE gold if i do a 1-star trade run, but it still sucks - because it isnt a challenge. Do you actually find this game so challenging that you are happy when a mob cant hurt you?

Is this really what does game has come to - it is so boring, but addictive, that even when you get an event that has obvious problems - you are happy with it?

What people want most of all is something that can challenge them. You get "a lot" of gold if you go and beat up 1000 normal penons as well, but you dont see a lot of 6x people doing that.

Ilove this event too. Just wish they pay a bit betetr attention to details so they don't left out the people who already waited at cap and bored shitless lol
