How can i play Silkroad Europe?

how can i play it? why some ppl have accounts on KSRO? how can i get an account on KSRO?

i have been reading the forums but, why some ppl have screenshots of sro europe? are they playing allready? i have seen screenshots of ppl playing... how is this possible?
