no. repair invalid means you cant repair. thats a red stat. durability increase is a blue stat. it increses the durability so its longer till you have to repair it.
Accessories don't need to be repaired, to repair armor and weapons, talk to weapon or blacksmith npc in towns. Cost depends on the lvl of the eq, and how much durability is left on it.
