yeah i figured size would effect it. and tweening is also what you do in imageready, but whatever you want to call it, if you could do it within size limits lengthening the amount of slides or shots that are transitioning from one pic to another would smooth out the whole thing. but i definately understand what you are talking about with size.

anything where you take one thing and gradually interpolate it into another is tweened. i love the concept, and it looks beautiful, but i think you could probably double the framerate (not the SPEED, mind you) without making it TOO much bigger...
You could make the character a little smaller so there's less dead room to the left of his head; that would also reduce the file size and take up less space on the page. If you then added frames to the transition you could probably keep it around 200 kb.
