Is there a possibility that this spear will increase the mag and phy %?
coz ive been wasting many stone to make it higher but still wont go hi
its always remains 0%.....

Yes, there is a chance. You just have bad luck I guess. Just keep trying and it'll work eventually. Plus, you can't go wrong because anything is better than 0%. Make sure you use the right stones.
