hi i bought silk and didnt recieve in game. who do i talk to and give my information to to receive the silk i paid for? ty in advance. ^ ^

that's probably something you want to report to the bug report section. in addition it may just be that you were unlucky and hit one of the times when joymax has issues with paypal. if that's the case, then they should give you the silk within the next day or so.

well

IT COULD also be that you have paid using and invalid payment
form..(i.e. outofdate card...or account with no money). If this was the
case then prepare to be banned.
