when does your inventory expand?

Ok there was a quest in the early lvls to expand your inventory, then the next one was at lvl 30 to expand your inventory again. now im at lvl 38, when is the next lvl that you can expand your inventory? does it expand every 10 lvls or what is it?

I decided to type up the quests for the inventory expansion so everybody could see them and if they like copy/paste them into a quest guide because the info on the site is a picture not text. I highlighted in red the important parts such as the required level and the previously needed quests. I personally cant wait too see a bunch of lv 60+ massacring mangyang to get the quest done.
