problem with the visa

im having a problem that i cant use my visa card to purchase the silk. if mention that i need to register at visa.com but i cant seem to enter the site. can u pls tell me how to do and get it done?

Some of the visa cards do not work. you need to make sure your card has visa verified registered and enabled for it. it depends from bank to bank. I know Bank of America Cards are good, but Citibank Cards vary.

If I'm wrong let me know, this is just my experience.

nope you are right, you need to register your card with Verify for Visa to be able to make a purchase. Some banks dont enable Verify for Visa and you will have to find some other means to purchase.

I thought citibank cards were Mastercard? MC do not work yet right?

You have to check with your bank it they have this service. For example, where I come from, the only bank that offers Verified by Visa is Citibank. I had to use a credit card from Citibank to buy silk as no other bank in this country supports Verified by Visa.

Check with your bank. Alternatively, you can check with the Visa website and choose your location and it will tell you which banks supports it.
