It IS emotional. You feel that it is not fair. Some ppl are born with money. THey didnt work for it, their ancestor did. Did God intend for some ppl to start out ahead in life or for everyone to start at the same place? You had to work for your char's level, he didnt. He didnt break a rule or in any way violate the TOS. He "deserves" that char as much as anyone. That leaves your point as an emotional and not legal one.

Do you feel like my pointing out the holes in your argument to be insulting? Should I just agree with you and follow the herd? I really am not very good at that kinda thing.

technically when 2 persons have id&pw the account is "illegal joint account sharing" because account's info have been shared between 2 guys :roll:

also accounts are joymax's property, joymax give the use of an account to the person who accepted the TOA ONLY.

You can give something to someone only if the thing is your property.
An account can be given by Joymax only because every account is joymax's property.

i won't flame Billion's friend tho because i understand that a good PW/ID of a pretty good account can be interessant and because non-legit shits are joymax's jobs not user's.

Nevertheless, it s not legit.

No it's not. Fact that he plays it or not won't do shit. Joymax gave the right of using the acc to Billion, not to you. you can't use joymax's property without joymax's agreement legally.

That portion is adressing JoyMax's responsibilities in regards to account loss due to user negligence. lol They say that the User is solely responsible. The original user was Cyrusis, he had the responsibilty of managing that account ID and password. He has given that responsibility to Gaia and therefore relinquished his own. Gaia has now become the 2nd party and no third party exists.

well i read about 50% of this post, and i can tell ppl are flaming you cuz u got a lvl70 account. how you got it is ur business, and i dont realyl care.

ppl flame u cuz most of the time, account buying/sharing/giving usually go hand in hand with botting/CCFing/gold buying. 2 of my guild members sold their accounts. in 2 days, they were botting 24/7, buying tons of gold, and CCFing the shit outta their gear. its just a reputation account buyers are built upon.

i dont really care if u got the account or not. but if u start buying gold or botting of CCFing, then u dont deserve it at all. other than that, have fun with ur char.

Your little equation there is a blatant distortion. JoyMax does not prohibit the disclosure of account information, only that they do not address it as a legal entity in the event of loss. Using that to define Gaia as a third party is definately stretching the TOS beyond it's limit.

Ths account is given, I've experienced what most of you all have in grinding and leveling my ass off. I know how it's like, I am now Billion, the former owner now has nothing to do with this character. So why is there anymore reasons for you to keep flaming?

I really believe it is the person playing the character more than how the character was brought up. Like I stated, it's like saying people who didn't build their own houses and homes doesn't deserve to live in it. Though botters are different, they know hat they are doing and it's against the rules and it's not legit.
