I just saw a cool video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EFDWgHoQJG0 where the protector of that guy shines like hell. Is it sos +3? or what do u need to achieve that shine? looks amazing

Armor/Protector/Garment does not glow even if it is +ed and/or SOX.

Solution: Raise gfx details a.k.a. water details to high
