Strike n smash, soul cut blade, blood blade, and flower bloom are all great and in my opinion a must have. (not a blade user, dont hold me to it, just my opinion based on guildies). For the % indicated, basically you need to look at your base attack (in Character sheet) then add on the % from that.

let's say skill 1 is 15-30(120%)
skill 2 is 15-30(150%), does that imply skill 2 has a higher base and max dmg?

first of all.. IM NOT A BICHEON USER so if my oppinion is wrong, so be it.
iv herd that smash n stab is good for lower levels
but later on when u can deal damage and u jsut wnat to kill fast, applying different combos's is aparently a good idea with ur imbue, liek a 3 hit combo follwoed by a 4 hit.. and by the time one is over one has cooled down... who dosnt want 7 hits? :D

for all skills, the % dmg modifier is applied to the dmg roll after all other rolls have been made. i.e. a base attack of 250 dmg - dmg absorption from gear = 150 dmg, x (150%) modifier = 225 dmg.

err, i think...

I heard that the first number was added to your reagular attack and the percentage is how much longer it takes to complete than a nomral attack.... also how long it takes to recharge... makes sence to me

so your skill 1 and your skill 2 have the same damage rating... skill 2 takes 30% longer to complete and 30% longer to recharge

the % is more related to dmg i think.

I noticed that the bow skill dble shot, displays 50% as part of the info. All my attks when using that skill, were more or less cut in half of what they'd b normally.
