Nuker, starting fresh

Hello, I'm new to the game, after reading tons of guides, had a question, I wanna be able to make my char as perfect as possible, in the sense that I do not wanna learn any skills too early "costing SP" or too late, or spending the SP needlessly, I'm currently lv 5, what lv should I learn what, also, should I be worrying about lv gap at lv 10 or is that too early? what lv should I start and until what lv stop for the time being? My plan is too start SP farming as early as possible, I use Blade as wpn, should I use Bow? I don't have money as to get a SOx bow wpn and such for farming, could someone pls straighten me out?, Thx so much, Abi.

If Your going int. A plain lvl 16 bow will be fine to farm with, you can kill bandit archers with 2 hits, with imbue.

At level 16, you bow and fire masteries should be at lvl 7(giving you a 9 lvl gap).

I have a newbi question what exactly is a gold ticket??? is it the exp helper they give you at the beginning of the game?

Gold tickets are the best way to gain extra XP (100%)...they last for

3 hours a day for a day.
or you can buy a 4 week gold ticket..it last for 28 days and gives 3 hours
a day. If you dont use these 3 hours they add on to the next day. so you
would then have 6 hours. BUT...

if you still dont use your hours up then you lose them..so its only worth
buying a gold ticket if you are able to play for 3 hours a day.

Ok, i have a level 40 cahracter but i am starting a pure int nuker, with a spear.
Should i use Lightning?

I had bow till i was lvl 5 then changed to spear.
