SP Farm Needed?

Why does everybody keep saying to farm sp at lvl 16? why not do it at higher levels? Sorry i am new and i do not understand this concept. Also how can one Delevel?

I was wondering the same thing. I tried to get to level 16 on my first character (str glaive) with lvl 7 masteries and i just got worked once I got to the bandit archers quest, too many strong mobs. I'm beginning to think that trying to sp farm on a new account isn't very effective, any comments?

you delevel by dying repeatedly. this lowers your xp not your sp.so if you want to stay lvl 16 when you hit lvl17 you let something (or someone) kill you until your lvl 16 again.
