Change PW / transfer character ? (please help)

Greetings fellow silk-players !
(sry if this question does not belong here)

i have a problem ... i am in the fear that my account is very vulnerable to hackers , and i whant to change my password or even transfer my character on another account.

-Anyone knows how to change password if i forgot my secret answer to secret question ? (made the account 1 year ago and forgot) or at least if anyone knows the e-mail address to customor support coz i could not find it .

- Or if anyone knows how i can transfer my character on another account ?

umm... I dont think you can change your pw without your secret question, and i dont think you can transfer your char to another account eaither....
