I have a beggining return scroll ? what is it and what do i do with it?

It teleports you back to town. If you are at some far away place, you can use it instead of running all the way back to buy some potions or repair your stuff. Unfortunately, you can't reverse teleport unless you use item mall. Also, the scrolls take a while to activate so you should find a safe place before using them.
