whick skill should I use?

I'm an Int hybrid who uses spear and i'd like to know what skill (out of lightning, fire, ice) I should use. im a 2:1 int hybrid by the way

Lighting and Fire, and Ice for the buffs.

lightning since its the strongest of the nukes ans ice for the buffs and fire for the nukes to but definatly lighting as ur main
