At lvl 70 you can only go to 99.9% untill the cap is raised...

I see not much has changed yet.

That HEO glaiver bot has a +7 glaive, and must have like 400k sp by now. I wonder when they will go to the basement and check on it.

basically you're looking for whose not in the HeroesVN union.

which means Valkyries/HEO/HeroesVN = bot, rest are prob players.
