wtf ppl and i was thinking SRF was full of active posters :cry:

Give that section time. I browsed it the other day; lots of cool things in there. Doesnt have a mod yet.

No real references or links. I browse it, and I don't know what you people mean by 'filter' or 'render' or 'brushes'.

Anyway.

Thought maybe we could have an official 'Sig Team' with various group members who are 1337 at making sigs. With a group leader.

Could be fun.

Havn't decided yet.

im nice, and i give advice can i be the mod ? im on every day and i can monoter it mostly all the time.

Yes there are some things in Artist Corner that deserves a sticky.. Like ThisIsChris's Guide To Sig making.. I know you used it ElCapuchino and ill probably follow it if im to create a SIG...

Np my pleasure, But yes i think Ryoko's idea to have a Artist Corner "Team" is a really good one, Not only will it have good moderation but we could have users with different talents in different skills regarding Sig creation. Which would benifit those (like me) who are inexperienced in creating sigz and would greatly aid us.

Hey thanks for the support.

You know, thousands of posts and 2 active moderators doing anything. 2 until FF and I hashed some things out last night on MSN.

Throw in the day job for fun, the website work that actually pays something and isnt volunteer work on my own time, SP farming and running a 50 member guild, and you've got a great mix.

But anyway, while were dogging Ryoko, may as well get on Wong's bandwagon and suggest that everyones gonna leave for the Tavern. And after making such a bold statement (yes I read that) about leaving for the Tavern, ask me for a mod seat.

And yes, when looking for mods, we view your post history and look at EVERYTHING you've said lately and how you adress others.

^^told you ingame iv grow away from wanting mod i apply but when it comes down to it i wouldnt be a good mod you know and everyone here knows it

but come on this place has changed ryoko i can pull up 3 flame posts right now just to prove it if need be i know its hard but your got people from helper.net and pleanty of good potential mods here willing to help you give them a chance

i dont mean to critise what your doing i know how hard it is to run a guild myself also other stuff but when you make a post asking for mods keep ontop of it i mean 2 mod posts have died before they have been utilised

How do you know those posts werent utilized? We already chose 3 people and waiting on the third. But I guess your welcome to 'speculate' what were actually doing -.-

3 Flames?

This forum is not a 100 user forum anymore where we can edit out every smart remark and smack people on the hand. Its big. And theres going to be drama. How much, and how we control it are always options. But it will never be the tiny, cute forum it was when only 100 people posted.

If we wanna punish people for every owned pic and every CCF comment, there will be no one left. If we want to ban all the controversal people, the post per day count will drop 50% and the forum would be boring.

Recent angers and posts about CCF, bots and problems are Joymax's fault. The community on a whole is angry and displeased. Forcing people to pretend theres no problems isnt a reality.

Balance between what is acceptable, and what brings good traffic are both factors in forum management.
