I wonder where Q_Q is has any1 seen or heard from him. i havnt seen him in months and we were friends. any1 know if he will be back or anything.

Q_Q and his friends are kinda "standby" atm. They just wait for the cap to be raised. Q_Q has a 2nd char on Babel but doesnt play it anymore.... so he should be back when the cap raises.
