Characters name

Hi, this is my 1st post here. I searched for the question i wanna ask, but didn't find it, so...

Can any 1 tell me how to change the Characters name ???
I entered the SilkRoad site , went to Personal Info and then clicked the "Change Character's name" button. Then Selected the Server, then the name, then pressed the "Change" button but nothing happend...

Is it possible to Change it ???
