Phantom Start Button

When I load up the client, the start buttton never actually shows up. Whats wrong with it! I want to play the event but I cant if I cant even press start. Thanks for your help

Your client should be updated, but there is too much traffic at the moment...

You know, all the botters get the update first to enjoy the compensation event. After all bots have joined, we can update and hope for a chance to connect.

I have had mine up for 2 hours and it still hasn't updated. :cry:

Maybe they should invest in new servers..... :banghead:

thats happened so many times to me, i cant even install the new batch becasue i have got the version 1.059 not the version 1.062-1.064, and the silkroad bug submit doesnt work!!!!

what is up with you waaaaaay behind the times ppl with the version from weeks and weeks ago? You'll just have to wait a long time for the traffic to die down I guess.
As for the start button never appearing, the code does the following:
1. draw the other buttons
2. check for updates
3. download updates if necessary
4. draw the start button
and since there's 10000000000 ppl downloading the patch, or at least trying to and this one is 13 MB which is freakin huge as hell so that's why it's jamming up at step 2 and thus you get no step 3 or 4. Download he manual patch and apply it and you'll be fine.

i have and now i got version 1.065 but my issue is that i get the "server is undergoing updates or inspections" how the hell am i going to get past that!?
