Well I found a little private server that seems decent so far, 80 cap ch only, minimal changes made to the gameplay (plays pretty closely to the official sro)
moderate rates, 70-100 people online, so far everyone i've met is friendly.

alright, give me a pm if you happen to hop on, i think the majority of the people that are online are botting sadly. not many parties i've noticed.
i tried duckroad 80 cap which seems awesome and alive but, its only 5x rates, it'd be impossible for me to keep up with the bots, spent 2 hours getting to lvl 20. T_T

yeah i haven't met anyone that wasn't nice, i was offered plvl also but i turned it down. im lvl 65 atm when u hit my lvl we can party or somethin,

Actually this server looks pretty good, almost too good.. but i'm willing to try it.
Though the xp rate seems a little low for me, I dont have a lot of time and putting a lot of time into a possibly instable server worries me.
Guys that posted here about skyroad let me know what you want to play, I'm down for either, just want a group to play with
