Doesn't seem like a terrorist act..
Obviously all the facts aren't out yet, but what's the point in a terrorist act if it leaves people wondering whether it even was one :/. I thought those things were meant to send a message.
Also who exactly would they even be targeting? There's nobody particular in that plane. Nationalities all over the place, they didn't crash the plane into any important buildings either :/

Very mysterious how it just literally vanished off the face of the Earth, no mayday call, no debris.

Apparently the cellhphones of the passengers that were on the plane are still ringing (if it were broken, it would go straight to voice-mail). Gonna be interesting and terrifying to find out what exactly happened.

KUALA LUMPUR, Malaysia -- At least one of the two men traveling on a missing Malaysian Airlines jetliner was an Iranian asylum seeker, officials said Tuesday, as baffled authorities expanded their search for the Boeing 777 on the opposite side of the country from where it disappeared nearly four days ago with 239 people on board.

In the absence of any sign that the plane was in trouble before it vanished, speculation has ranged widely, including pilot error, plane malfunction, hijacking and terrorism, the last because two passengers were traveling on stolen passports. The terrorism theory weakened after Malaysian authorities determined that one of the two men was an Iranian asylum seeker.

Interpol Secretary General Ronald Noble said at a news conference Tuesday that the international police agency had identified two Iranian men, Pouri Nour Mohammadi, 18, and Delavar Seyed Mohammad Reza, 29. Noble said based on investigations carried out into the men to date, they were "probably not terrorists." The chief of police in Kuala Lumpur said earlier in the day that Mohamadi was apparently trying to fly to Europe as an asylum seeker.

Investigators looking into whether Malaysian jet was stolen by PIRATES

A U.S. official has said investigators were examining the possibility the disappearance of the Malaysia Airline jet was 'an act of piracy'.

The official said while other theories were still being examined, key evidence for 'human intervention' in the plane's disappearance is that contact with its transponder stopped about a dozen minutes before a messaging system quit.

The official said it was also possible the plane may have landed somewhere.

As the search continued for the missing Boeing 777, which vanished with 239 people on board, it was earlier claimed military radar suggested the plane was deliberately flown towards the India's Andaman Islands.

Everyone is "freaking out" because not one person on the plane had any cell phone calls made or anything and there would at least be someone to call a family member or something. There still is no definite confirmation if they are dead or alive though it does seem grim. They could have all had their cell phones taken away. No one knows anything for sure just yet.
