salvation peaked at 300? and it survived for a year.

Sometimes a smaller population is a good thing. When I played VIP ecsro there was maybe 30 people active at one time and we had a very close community because of it. Everyone knew everyone else. On servers with thousands of people, there is more room for assholes and trouble makers.
I'm really enjoying Tyria so far. Much more than I did with Skalidor. Only concern I have is what we'll do at 95. Unique spawn timers seem similar to isro (every 4-6 hours) and there are no automated events. Plus with the smaller population it'll be hard to find people to pvp with. I think we'll be stuck doing trades all day but then have nothing to spend the money on.

Salvation peaked at 300 legit players Venture peaked at 500 legit players (the first banned all botters and it was impossible to use any bot on the latter)
And they didn't manage to run for more than a couple of months
This is a big difference with a peak of 300 players, with bots/multiclient/clientless goldbots enabled

I sometimes feel like playing, but then I realise that I can't play casually and I drop it.
