What is the differance in levels between the normal monsters and their champ and giant forms?

I was told, that a champion was 8 levels above the normal creature and giant was 20 levels above the normal - Is this true?

lol on that^^ no when you for example a white tiger, lvl 18..the champ and giant are both lvl 18 but they only have more health (and they do a lil more dmg) there isnt a lvl difference

thats right theres no lvl diference, because imagine the manjiang champion, lvl 20 =0, no low lvl players could kill it lol

as far I know, champions are 2x as powerful as a normal mob, and giants are 15x as powerful. That is, thats as much hp compared to normal mobs, champions do do more damage but not very much more and giants do about 2x as much damage as a normal mob.
