-This girl started making out with some kid when she got there and was sober but as the night went on she became even more of a sloot.
-She took some kid upstairs and blew him then he left and another kid walked upstairs and they ......
-She woke up the next morning acting like everything was cool until she got home and told her mom what happened and said she was drugged and raped
-They called the cops and she got a detox test but the cops came to my house and took my futon because that's where they were.

is this kid ..... now and will get charged with rape?

Since sex tend to be a private matter it can be difficult to prove what happened... So yea it's ridiculous in that sense... I don't know what solutions exist to avoid such situations other than good judgement...But that doesn't seem to work well at parties...
