Silkroad-R Skill/Stat reset scrolls?!

So...I've hit 50 some time ago and recieved a "skill reset scroll". it's awesome, I just don't know why did I get it.
Anyway, now that I know you (I) can get these kind of stuff, I would really like to know how/when could I take my hands on a stat reset scroll?!
Also I would be grateful if you could provide any addonational information concerning these items (possible way to obtain them) for I had a hard time finding anything useful around the forums or the internet in general.

You get certain silk items every 10 levels, I believe. You simply got the skill reset scroll because you reached level 50.

Now, I do not know which items are given at which levels, but I know that is how it works.
At least it should help you understand why you got it

That was added November last year.
You get some item mall items for leveling up.

A system where silk items are given away in the inventory every time a certain level is reached. Items you can use are given away every level 10 from Lv. 10 to Lv. 100

Remember that you have to log-in again after you reach the level to receive the item!
Shall we look at what items that can be given away then?



An excellent chance to use silk items for free!
Try leveling up by using the silk items you get for free.

*Caution*
-The levels must be reached after the system is applied.
(If the character level is 35 when the system is applied, items for levels 10 to 30 cannot be received.)
-If there is not enough space in the inventory, it is given away when space is made.
(If you get 2 items when you only have 1 empty space to spare, the 2 items are not given away. They are given away when there are 2 empty spaces.)

It might have changed since then. I see now why I got it, plus that I'll get some more stuff (which is always good), but on 50 I recieved a "skill",
not "stat" restore scroll. So...
I'm still in the dark it seems. o_o
Anyway, thank you, I *might* get one it seems, it'll be a surprise then.

I think i found what you are looking for, can't find the thread where i first posted this but i found my photos.

Basically you go to Donwhang and do a quick quest.
Accept the quest from a potion Npc once you reach 47, then go near the cave entrance, right click on the quest item then return to town.








*I forgot to remove my weapon in this photo, so the mag attack is a bit higher than it should be.

I should probably add that these photos are a couple of years old.

I am not totally sure if they removed that quest or not but if they didn't, then the leveling up reward is probably skill reset but there was a typo when they first added the announcement.
(They won't give two stat scrolls in the same level).

Damn, it's still there indeed... And I missed it...
Moreover, I'm way past 50 thus I can't use it...
Thank you for the info, it is indeed what I was looking for...
Perhaps it'll come in handy next time, as for now... I'm damned. x)
That Lv100 "stat recall" might be my last hope.
