Obama: US should take military action against Syria

President Barack Obama said that the United States "should take military action against Syrian targets" in a Rose Garden address Saturday. However, he said he would seek congressional authorization when federal lawmakers return from recess.
The president appealed for congressional leaders to consider their responsibilities and values in debating U.S. military action in Syria over its alleged chemical weapons use."Some things are more important than partisan differences or the politics of the moment," he said. "Today I'm asking Congress to send a message to the world that we are united as one nation."

What's going to happen, will US fire a few missiles and leave? or is it going to be something bigger, like we could see some retaliation from syrian government or whoever is backing it up... like russia for example!

as i said, expect america/britain and the others who aid them, to go to war with russia/china/n korea within 10-20 years. n korea are likely already placing nucleur mines off the west coast of the usa as a counteravtive measure to anything usa may do!

Perhaps you should ehm... Study more on the subject of world affairs and finances. China doesn't "essentially" own America.. China has their own financial issues to worry about.

Here's a little graphic to help you put in terms where China stands on our debt. Believe they now own roughly over a trillion dollars of our roughly 16 trillion dollars of outstanding debt... You actually have to know something before you can sound credible. Just shouting out generalized shit that you've heard others say, or watched on youtube, doesn't mean you're correct.

I read in an Estonian site that the US has planned a war with Syria a long time ago. And the US is just using these situations with UN and NATO to conquer. Iraq, Afganistan, Libya and Syria are all similar situations.

im from the uk, so i obviously dont vote in america. but, i heard they have vote charges set to like $35 which in some cases, and likely millions tbh, can stop people voting all together, as its food or vote that day for low incomes.

sorry to go slightly off topic with that, but if true its funny! obvious vote control imo by creating a roadblock for likely votes against them if these guys voted!
