It spawns multiple Envy, a mob that drops keys into the Forgotten World runs. but Usually what it means is, if these Envy sense you (their range is ridiculous) they chase you down and murder you. And they're quite fast. So better be on your toes in case some left overs hang out somewhere

sorry i found out what i did wrong. theres no level restriction. But if you buy 1 piece of specialty good too many and try selling back to npc and think ur doing a 1* its still considered not safe. Once you cross the line as a 2*, you cant cross back.
