and how good is your spoken english? most people who learn english from the internet have an almost fluent written english but bad spoken english as they rarely speak in english, wbu?

Uhh you do know highschools do teach another language, right? Though it may not be like most countries where it's required to learn English since English is 'the global language' or something along those lines. Spanish and French are probably the top 2 that's taught in most high schools. There are a lot of people that learn another language, but it's not apparent.
I took Spanish 1 & 2(first semester) and knew it on a basic level, fast forward 6 years later, and I forgot it all.

That's what I was referring to. You learn it, read/say the words, than once you no longer need it you forget most of it.
