Phenom 9750 or Core2duo E7500?
I have phenom 9750 and it's quad core, while core2duo is dual core with higher clock speed
I looked up for a comparison between them, and it doesn't really show any obviously better one, I know AMD is always going for more cores but that shouldn't be the only point I judge from.
so I bought E7500 yesterday, and I'm going to sell one of them along with its motherboard, both are about the same price, so if you could help me, which one is better?
and I know they're kinda too old but that's what I can have atm

Looks like the AMD Phenom 9750 is a better choice here. I know you said these are old, and you are right, because you really need to upgrade your mobo to get an i3/i5/i7 chip.

just any fyi, passmark isn't good comparing Intel vs AMD. It's usually better comparing same arch. types or individual brands in general (less accurate but still decent)
