My abs are better I'd say. But hey, I've been working out consistently for 7 years. If Vegeta started once he started bragging about it here he's a few years behind.

Exactly, we all know this is just Vegeta's online persona, which is good fun to read. But when people go along with it, asking other's if they're jealous of him, it's starting to get a tad ridiculous. I'm sure enough people here on SRF are in pretty good shape anyway.

I'm not mad either of course Besides the Alpha male character he's sketching Vegeta is actually doing a good job at getting fit, which is something not everyone can motivate themselves to work for.

I was at work today in the canteen and they had a "Get Fit" campaign going on...
they had a smoothie maker hooked up to a bicycle so you had to cycle to grind up your smoothie...

sorry but if you want to tempt me healthy just give me a damn smoothie, I aint cycling for 5 minutes just to get the damn thing. Its like putting fruit in cakes, If I want to eat cake, the least thing I care about is adding fruit to it to make it "healthy" that ruins the point of a cake! its like eating 20 hash browns and balancing it off with a carton of orange juice.

oh you greatly over-estimate the target audience... most people at work are not even healthy let alone fit or fitness freaks and certainly no body builders.
