If you're pure int, try to raise the reinforce. Crit is almost useless for pure int since it barely adds any damage.

I bought a crit 11 str 3 blade with shitty attack and reinforce for 2.5m and got the attack and reinforce up to +61% each. Maybe used 20 stones max. It was a bitch to +5, but you already have that part done...Go for it!
