The White House says the surviving suspect in Boston bombings, will not be tried as an enemy combatant.
But any charges he faces, will be dealt with in a US court.

A painless death w/ injection is not enough. He should be atleast tortured and be put life in prison in solitary

It's not imposing nothing on anyone, those are just interesting (even if fake or wrong) facts for people to consider and make up their minds, what's the difference between that and what you see on the media?

It is a good thing in terms of the government not over stepping its power. Because, at the end of the day, when you start accusing citizens of being "enemy combatants", it's a slippery slope.

It is a good thing in terms of the government not over stepping its power. Because, at the end of the day, when you start accusing citizens of being "enemy combatants", it's a slippery slope.

We are kinda way past that. Did you see the "authorities" response in Boston/Watertown? they could have invaded canada with that kind of force.

I'd love to see the day when the "patriots" will try an armed rebellion with their 2nd amendment-protected semi-automatic rifles and get raped by the local police officers in armor and tanks before the military even has to step in.
