For Penfold: The nukes weren't designed to make Germany or Italy surrender. Being as Hilter and Mussolini were dead, and Italy had surrendered a little more than a year before the nukes, and Germany a couple months before the nukes were dropped. They were dropped on Japan to save lives. If you don't understand, Japan at the time worshiped the Emperor and anything short of the sky falling, they would have never surrendered. I should be locked up for a period of time and have to sign up as a sex offender for the rest of my life because I urinated near a public area, or had sex with my soon to be wife that just happened to be 16 while I'm 18?(True story, I know a guy that is a sex offender and is still married to the person he "raped".He's in his 40s now) Also a little weed constitutes having my life ruined worse than any drug could do?.. Or if I fail to pay every single bullshit tax out there, the IRS should have the right to take my business, home, cars, furniture, and fine me, then throw me in prison? I can see the difference here, what penfold means, in the uk driving at speed is a serious crime and can end up in prison. But needs to relise that every county has it own laws and how serious there are, otherwords you cannot judge that in other country as you dont know there laws, nearly every state has different ways.

However, when you're talking about the idea of slow vs fast, going slightly slower than the speed limit while texting (or of course, being drunk) is indeed way more dangerous than speeding. I'm a courier myself, controlled speeding truly isn't dangerous at all. There are enough roads where i could safely do 120 km/h, where the limit is 60 or 80... Going 80 or 90 on such roads won't hurt anybody.

It's quite ridiculous how you twist what people said. For example: 'texting while driving/drunk driving being more dangerous than controlled speeding' is NOT the same as 'driving at the speed limit/following the law is more dangerous than speeding is'.
