It's not greed. I spend alot of money on this game, too. Not because I wan't to be the best...if I wanted to be the best, I woulda started over after I pumped like 15 points into INT into my character ^^ but I've put too much into him now that I understand that part of the game.

If you have the cash, and can afford to spend it on something you enjoy, then what the hell? I would feel like I wasn't playing the game to it's full potential otherwise...besides, finding a nice stat weap and jamming it to +5 and reselling is a way to make good moola ^_^

I don't feel that a large silk history makes me any better then the rest of the server(which 93% of it still pwns me =P).

I don't want to sound jealous or envious or anything but you create an unfair advantage over many others by pumping in money, not skills. Likewise, one could just "buy" a fully farmed lvl 70 account with +7 defenses and +9 weapons whether it's against the rules or not, one can.

I agree the game is unbalanced in that sense. And yes, people could buy stuff or accounts for RL cash, which I see no point in doing because I didn't do it myself. I'm proud at some of the things I make.

I don't know, maybe? I don't ask. I'm not rich myself, I usually spend about 30 bucks a month in silk, unless I get a drop that has potential, or one of my items gets messed up by me. The most I've spent in one month on silk is $100 to +7 my blade, which the dumb thing went to 7 on the first try.

I'm not an ass in game, if I win in pvp, I'll say you hit really nice crits, not u'v jus been pwnt by my severe uberness!(which there is none). if we went on a trade and a botter thief runs up, maybe I'd keep him busy long enough for you to make a getaway..if I wasn't a 3 skill kill to them.

Imho chaud did what was needed to do as soon as it was possible because it was the only way to get JM attention to serious issues of their service.
